Comparing · 7 min
A calmer way to compare presale projects.
Begin with your priorities, then compare what you know about price, timing, location, layout, and the details that could change.
Choose the questions before the project
Write down the five things that would most affect your life or finances. That might include usable layout, completion window, deposit timing, transit, schools, parking, storage, or the developer’s track record.
Use the same questions for every project. This keeps a beautiful presentation or a single headline price from quietly changing the test.
Compare like with like
A presale price and a resale result are not automatically equivalent. Taxes, incentives, deposits, age, condition, included features, completion timing, and the comparison date all matter.
Check where every important number came from and when it was published. If the information is limited or old, ask for an updated answer instead of drawing a firm conclusion.
