Inside Presales is operated by Manny Chehil, REALTOR®, Sutton Group West Coast Realty (Surrey/24). Manny is the initial privacy contact.
Information we may collect
The service may use your name, email address, phone number, your agreement to the Terms of Use, account activity, and a coded record of searches or homes you view.
Why it is used
We use it to make sure you are eligible to view MLS® information, provide the real estate help you request, protect your account, remove access when needed, and meet real estate board rules.
How Inside Presales and LandPlay are separated
Inside Presales may use LandPlay's authorized Repliers/VOW listing service, but Inside Presales buyer information, financial documents, databases, cookies, analytics, and operator permissions remain separate from LandPlay. Financial documents are not sent through the VOW comparison service.
Access, correction, withdrawal, and deletion
You may ask Manny to show you the personal information we keep, correct it, stop using it where allowed, or delete it. Some records must be kept for a set time under brokerage, legal, security, or real estate board rules.
