Inside Presales is a real estate information service operated by Manny Chehil, REALTOR®, Sutton Group West Coast Realty (Surrey/24). Access to MLS® listing data is provided through a Virtual Office Website (VOW) under the rules of Greater Vancouver REALTORS® and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
2. REALTOR® and consumer relationship
By registering, you acknowledge entering a lawful REALTOR® and consumer or client relationship with Manny Chehil for the purpose of receiving real estate services and accessing MLS® VOW data. This does not create a financial obligation or an exclusive buyer representation agreement.
3. Eligibility and access
Access is restricted to registered consumers approved for Inside Presales. Registration does not guarantee access. Your access may expire or be removed. The website checks your account each time you view protected MLS® information.
4. MLS® data and permitted use
MLS® information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. It is for your personal, non-commercial use in locating, purchasing, selling, or leasing real estate. You may not reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, post, sell, sublicense, scrape, mine, or otherwise collect or manipulate MLS® data outside this service.
You acknowledge the Boards' ownership and copyright in MLS® VOW data and listing information.
5. Registration and privacy
We may keep your name, email, phone number, the policies you agreed to, when you agreed, and activity within protected MLS® pages. We use this information to identify you, provide the help you request, protect the service, and meet real estate board rules.
The applicable Boards and their authorized representatives may inspect the service and registrant information to verify compliance with applicable rules, bylaws, policies, and laws.
6. No warranty or appraisal
Listing information and comparisons are a starting point for your decision. They are not an appraisal, legal advice, mortgage advice, or a guarantee of price, availability, completion, or future value.
