A future home, a contract, and a set of assumptions that deserve to be separated from the sales story.
The home and the agreement are different things
The renderings help you imagine the home. The agreement and disclosure materials describe what is being offered. Read both, but do not treat the picture as a substitute for the documents.
Finishes, measurements, views, timing, and shared spaces can come with limits or exceptions. Mark the details that matter to you and find where they are addressed in the project documents.
Keep estimates in their proper place
Completion dates and construction milestones can help you plan, but they do not guarantee a move-in date. Leave room for change in your financing, housing, and moving plans.

- What should my lawyer and lender review before I rely on it?
